If you wish to return an item, we offer this option with a 30% restocking fee. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the item to Wholesale Interiors' warehouse.

Should your item arrive damaged, we can send out replacement parts at no extra shipping cost. If you prefer a full refund, the return will be subject to the 30% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, Echo Dining will file a claim with the carrier used for delivery. 

For any manufacturer defects or if you require replacement parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Wholesale Interiors will provide the necessary parts or a partial refund, depending on the specific issue.

If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and Echo Dining will contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer is  unable to accept unauthorized returns.

It's important to note that the manufacturer  does not accept C.O.D. shipments. All pieces must be returned to Wholesale Interiors' warehouse before we can process any credits or replacements.
