Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at returns@echodining.com.

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@echodining.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns: We stand behind our products and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that customized items are non-refundable and items are non-returnable after 30 days from the delivery date.

If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team at returns@echodining.com. To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us and we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. These include:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error.
Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

 

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not received your refund, please first double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@echodining.com.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at returns@echodining.com.

Return Shipping: To return your product, please contact us at returns@echodining.com, and we will provide you with the appropriate mailing address. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Cancellations & Refunds: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
