Echo Dining Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days, depending on brand purchased from), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order (depending on brand purchased from). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@echodining.com. We ship with FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL and our own private LTL carriers. Your products will always be in safe hands with us!

White Glove Delivery Service:

We offer White Glove Delivery for select items. This service includes room-of-choice delivery, light assembly (if applicable), and debris removal.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Scheduling: The White Glove Agent will contact you via email, text, or phone call to confirm delivery details and schedule a time that works best for you.
  • Communication: You will receive updates, including tracking details, throughout the delivery process.
  • Requirements: Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information (including email, phone number, and access instructions such as gate codes or building restrictions). Being available at the scheduled delivery time is necessary to complete the delivery successfully.

If delivery cannot be scheduled after three attempts in three days, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Additional Delivery Charges:

Additional fees may apply if:

  • A single item exceeds 300 lbs (additional labor will be required).
  • Total shipment weight exceeds 1,000 lbs.
  • The shipment takes up more than two pallet spaces (96” or longer). For quotes on these scenarios, please contact us at returns@echodining.com before placing your order.

Delivery Preparation:

  • Shipments requiring White Glove Delivery will be inspected upon arrival at the delivery agent’s location. If any damage is found during transport, it will be reported and handled before delivery.
  • The White Glove Agent will securely store the shipment until delivery, usually for no longer than two days.

Delivery Services Include:

  • Room-of-choice placement
  • Light assembly, if applicable
  • Debris removal upon request

Prohibited Items: We do not ship unpalletized freight, large spas/saunas, or exercise equipment through White Glove Delivery.

Shipping Delivery Times:

 A.R.T. Furniture: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time (Curbside Delivery). All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery or a parcel carrier.

Aura Living: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time. All items ship via LTL freight or a parcel carrier.

Barkman Furniture: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time for quick ship items. 9-10 weeks delivery time for made to order items (Curbside Delivery, all products are blanket wrapped). 

Case & Canvas: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time. All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery or a parcel carrier.

David Francis: 6-8 weeks delivery time, all items are made to order (Curbside Delivery). All items ship via LTL freight or a parcel carrier.

Elk Home: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time. All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery, or a parcel carrier.

Gild Design House: 

Godinger: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time (Doorstep delivery). All items ship via a ground carrier.

LH Home: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time (Curbside Delivery). All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery or a parcel carrier.

LuxCraft: 1 to 4 weeks delivery time (Curbside delivery). All items ship via FedEx or LTL freight.

Moe's Home Collection: 5 to 28 days delivery time (Curbside Delivery). All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery or a parcel carrier.

Oliver Home Furnishings: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time (Curbside Delivery). All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery or a parcel carrier.

Robert Abbey: 1 to 2 weeks delivery times. All items ship via LTL freight or parcel carrier.

Surya: 1 to 2 weeks delivery time (Curbside Delivery). All items ship via LTL freight, Whiteglove Delivery or a parcel carrier.

Schwung: 14 to 16 weeks lead time. All items ship via LTL freight or a parcel carrier.

Echo Dining Return Policy

General Return Conditions

At Echo Dining, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you have 30 days to return the product, but prior approval is required. Please review the following conditions:

  • All returns require prior approval. Contact us at returns@echodining.com to initiate the process.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • We accept returns for products with manufacturer defects, freight damages, or buyer's remorse.
  • For freight damages, we will file a claim on your behalf. Please follow our standard claims procedures (detailed below).
  • Refunds will be processed within 12 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the supplier’s policy, they are listed below.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, you have 60 days to do so.
  • We will send you the return mailing address via email along with a return label.

Standard Claims Procedures for Freight Damage:

  1. Inspect the product upon delivery.
  2. Take photos of the damage and the packaging.
  3. Keep receipts, copies of receipts, and the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  4. Email the receipts, copies, and BOL, along with a description of the issue, to returns@echodining.com within 48 hours to file a claim.
  5. Retain all original packaging and materials.

Once the claim is filed, we will email you:

  • The location to send the return.
  • The return label.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number (if applicable).

Supplier-Specific Return Policies

Elk Home

Returns: No merchandise may be returned without prior written Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Requests For returns of defective merchandise must be submitted in writing to sales representative or office. All efforts will be made to correct the problem in the field. If problem cannot be resolved, an RGA will be issued. Upon receipt of RGA, please pack merchandise in original factory carton for shipment to Elk Home, 1473 Yorkhouse Road, Rabun Gap, GA, 30568 freight prepaid. Upon inspection of merchandise, ELK Home will repair, replace, or issue credit. Unauthorized returns or collect returns will be refused. Returns will be authorized for defective merchandise under warranty period of one (1) year only. Return requests for non-defective merchandise must be made within 90 days from the invoice date. Any merchandise returned for credit is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Changes or Cancellations: Any change or cancellation of a standard order must be received in writing 5 days prior to shipment. Custom orders may not be cancelled. Please email returns@echodining.com to start your return process.

Gild Design House:

Cancellations: Cancellation requests for regular orders will be honored if the shipment hasn’t left the warehouse. If the shipment has already been dispatched, a 25% restocking fee and all incurred shipping costs will apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: Subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs. Future shipments will require prepayment.

Returns for Damaged/Defective Items: Returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt through the Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • Items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) clearly displayed on the return package.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and unused.
  • Returns for non-damaged or non-defective items will incur a 25% restocking fee (maximum $40) plus all shipping costs.

LuxCraft:

  • Returns: Non-stock (special orders) are non-returnable. Items that are returnable must returned within 30 days and will be inspected for any damage before approval, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Exchanges: You have 30 days to exchange your item if you are not satisfied with your purchase 
  • Damaged Items: All items must be inspected upon delivery. If damage is detected, photos of the damage must be submitted immediately before assembly. Please notify us of any defective items within 36 hours and we'll file a claim for you immediately.

LH Home:

  • Returns: LH Home does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
  • Claims: LH Home provides a 2% claims allowance for repairs, replacements, or other solutions. For defective parts or items that cannot be repaired, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Oliver Home:

  • Returns: No returns or exchanges allowed except for manufactures defects or shipping damages.
  • Freight Damage: Oliver Home is not responsible for freight damage; customers must inspect the item immediately upon receipt, notify us at returns@echodining.com within 36 hours to initiate a return.

Barkman Furniture:

  • Returns: Defective products can be returned within 30 days or replaced after submitting photos of the issue and the Barkman label, otherwise no returns.
  • Repair/Replacement: Barkman Furniture will only cover defects due to manufacturing issues. External damage (e.g., vandalism, improper use) is not covered.

Robert Abbey:

Exchanges & Returns

  • Robert Abbey requires all products to be returned to us within 30 days within the original packaging.
  • Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Authorized returns to Robert Abbey will be charged a 20% restocking fee and return freight is paid by the customer.
  • Returns will be applied as a credit to the account.
  • Any product returned to Robert Abbey without prior authorization will receive a 30% restocking fee upon receipt.

    Surya:

    • Returns: Surya accepts returns for non-defective items within 60 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned. Email us at returns@echodining.com and we’ll send you and RA number (Return Authorization number).

    Schwung:

    1. Consumer, i.e. buyer, which is a natural person as defined in point II. b) of these Regulations, may withdraw from the distance Sales Agreement within 14 days.

    2. The running of the above-mentioned time limit commences with the moment when the Product has been received by the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the carrier. In the case of a Sales Agreement, which includes many items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - the above-mentioned time limit commences when the last item, batch or part has been received.

    3. Withdrawal from the distance Sales Agreement is done by submission by the Consumer a declaration submitted to the Seller on withdrawal from the Sales Agreement:

    a) in writing to the following address: SCHWUNG HOME SP. Z O.O. ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego 4a, 46-100 Namysłów, Poland, or

    b) by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@schwung.design.

    4. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the distance Sales Agreement, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send a statement of withdrawal before the expiry of that deadline. If the Consumer sends the declaration by e-mail, the Seller shall immediately send the Consumer, to the e-mail address provided by the Consumer, a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the distances Sales Agreement.

    5. The declaration of withdrawal from the distance Sales Agreement may be submitted on the standard form, which constitutes Appendix 1 to these Regulations, however the use of this form is not obligatory.

    6. In the event of withdrawal from the distance Sales Agreement, the Consumer should, at Consumer’s own expense:

    a) properly pack the Product (in a manner that protects the Product against damage in transit) and

    b) deliver or return the Product to the Seller's address provided in these Regulations, in person or via a courier indicated by the Seller, no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer has informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the distance Sales Agreement.

    7. The deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement by the Consumer will be met if the Consumer delivers or sends back the Product before the expiry of the 14-day period.

    8. In the event of withdrawal from a distance Sales Agreement, such agreement is considered void. The Seller shall promptly return to the Consumer, not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the distance Sales Agreement, all payments made by the Consumer, including the costs of delivering the Products, except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's modification to the method of delivering the Products offered by the Seller.

    9. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the Product is received back or until a proof of its return is provided to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

    10. The reimbursement shall be made by the Seller using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different solution that will not involve any costs for the Consumer.

    11. The Consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. If it is found that the Product has been installed or used, the right to return shall not apply.

    12. The Consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from a distance Sales Agreement, which subject is a non-prefabricated, ‘custom,’ item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy Customer’s individual needs.

    Final Sale Products:

    Items from the following brands are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

      Cancellations & Refunds: 

      All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
